Outstanding service! Our car battery died on the main strip just as our holiday was starting. Luckily, Phil happened to drive past, stopped without us even asking, jump-started the car, and immediately knew the battery was finished. Highly recommend. Honest, ethical and well priced for work done. Mercedes Sprinter motorhome engine did not start late yesterday afternoon. Phil and Mark (the other fella) showed up first thing this morning to run a diagnostic — fault was identified promptly. Phil is well experienced in servicing Mercs. Battery was replaced and we were on the road again in under 2hrs. So grateful for their prompt response & service. Byron Bay Mobile Mechanics saved us. We traveled from Sydney and the car broke down at our accommodation in Byron. We found these guys online and called them. Phil answered first time and they were at our car in 20mins. We were back on the road in another 20mins. Exceptional service and great people to deal with. Highly recommend.
